It's a . . .

GIRL!!!!

I was so sure this little one was a boy, so it was a big shock to me to find out that Caylin is going to have a little sister. I am excited to have another girl, and was so relieved to find out that everything looks normal. I am anxious already to meet her, but don't quite know if I'm ready for two little Caylins running around yet!

Happy Easter!

Okay, so I'm a little behind posting these, but better late than never, right! I was so excited to see Caylin on Easter, and she didn't disappoint. She has so much fun finding the eggs the Easter Bunny hid around the house, and for the first dozen or so she found, she would hand them to Colby or I and say "Open it!" She was no fool and knew there were goodies inside!

Look at these two beauties!

My sister-in-law brought her kids' chicks to my in-laws to take pictures with. I was just glad Caylin didn't squeeze this poor little thing to death!

Snow Fun

So we went up the canyon on Friday because Colby wanted to find some snow to test out the new tires on the car. We stopped and let Caylin play in the snow for a bit and she had so much fun that we decided to go back up on Saturday dressed for the occasion. She was so excited to go that when she woke up from her nap and we told her where we were going, she had to get her gloves on that instant, and she wore them in the car up there. I am just sad that we haven't taken more advantage of the snow now that it's almost gone, but I can't say that I will miss it either!

Are the terrible twos really this terrible???

We have been experiencing tantrums around here for a while now, and I thought that would be the worst of it, but little did I know. About a week before her birthday, the tantrums got ten times worse, and I'm not kidding! I had no idea they could really get that bad, but it is my battle every day. Don't get me wrong, I love this little girl, and she can be really sweet, but those tantrums bring out a whole new side of her!
